Captain Atwood Circle $1,000+

This special organization, named for the builder of the Atwood House in 1752, has been formed to honor and reward those very generous members contributing $1,000 or more in any calendar year. Society members and others are, of course, encouraged to repeat these gifts annually to maintain their membership in this special group.

Without contributions of time, money and historic artifacts, the Chatham Historical Society would not exist. Support for the Museum from the Chatham community and beyond is among the highest of any historical society or similar organization on Cape Cod.
