Atwood House Museum Hours & Location

Between June and October the Atwood House Museum is open for visitors. The Old House area is visited via escorted tour.
Student groups and organizations may tour the museum between June and October by special Group Tour arrangement.


2011 Hours

Fall:

 

September 1 to September 17 
    Tuesday -
Saturday, 1 pm to 4 pm

September 22 – October 7 
     Thursday, Friday, Saturday 1 pm to 4 pm

Admission adults $6, students $3, members and children under 6 free

Locating the Atwood House Museum

The Atwood House Museum is located at 347 Stage Harbor Road in Chatham, MA 02633.
Proceed on Route 28 to the small Traffic Circle in downtown Chatham where Stage Harbor Road begins, heading south. The Museum is about 1/2 mile down Stage Harbor Road, on the left.   Click Here for a Local Map

Traffic Detours: During the off-season, there may be detours on Route 28 due to local road construction. Check the Town of Chatham web site for road closure postings, or click Here for a local map with a route from Exit 11 of Route 6 to The Atwood House Museum that avoids the construction areas.
There is no construction planned on Route 28 during the summer.
